This package includes visits to archaeological sites and activities that will immerse you in the local culture, all in the company of a specialized tour guide. In addition, you will be able to try delicious Peruvian cuisine and buy beautiful souvenirs from local producers.

Itinerary

We will pick you up from your hotel at approximately 7:50 a.m. From there, we will travel for an hour to the artisan market of Qorao. Here, you will be able to appreciate the ingenuity of the Andean artists.

Then we will head towards the beautiful town of Písac. During the route, we will make some stops for you to take incredible photographs at spectacular view points. In Písac you will discover an archaeological site to match Machu Picchu. Later, you will stroll through one of the largest traditional markets in the region, where you should definitely take advantage of the great prices.

At approximately 12:30 p.m. We will leave for the town of Urubamba. On the way we will pass through quaint towns and villages such as Coya, Lamay and Calca.

In Urubamba we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch. After eating, we will continue to the town of Ollantaytambo. It is considered to be the last living Inca town, because its streets maintain the original layout and character from 5 centuries ago.

In addition, there we will visit an impressive archaeological site and another local market where you will also find unique items to buy.

When the afternoon begins to end, at approximately 4:30 p.m., we will travel back towards Cusco, to the beautiful textile town of Chincheros. There we will visit a colonial temple, and then, not long after, arrive back to the city of Cusco.

You will be dropped off at the Plaza San Francisco, very close to the Plaza de Armas in the historic center of the city.
